Orders are automatically processed and despatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia within 1 business day of receiving your order, Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct as our system is automatic and orders cannot be changed once submitted. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. Please contact auspost.com.au with your tracking number.

Standard Australia Post parcel
Time: Our warehouse process and despatch within 1-2 business days. Australia Post estimate delivery at 3 to 5 Business days.
We offer flat rate $15 International shipping via Australia Post to New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore for purchases AUD40 and over. Australia Post estimate delivery time at 3-10 business days. Please be aware, though unlikely, your country may charge you customs duty/taxes and this is your responsibility to pay. We will not be responsible for lost packages internationally.
