Orders in Louvelle Australia are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
We now accept Afterpay on orders over $100!
Orders are automatically processed and despatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia within 1 business day of receiving your order, Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct as our system is automatic and orders cannot be changed once submitted. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
Our Warehouse is closed public holidays 25th December and 1 January.
Our Office is closed 23rd December to 6th January for holidays.

Please note we do not split shipments. We will not ship orders containing 'in stock' and 'pre order' items until pre-order items are in stock.
We pride ourselves on high-quality, chic products. Please choose your Louvelle item carefully as we do not issue change-of-mind refunds. Should you wish, you are welcome to exchange your item for a different size, colour or style, at your expense. In order to issue an exchange the following requirements must be met:
- Contact must be made with firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed sellable condition
- Packaging must be in original condition, please send in a box, not satchel.
Please note, any item returned with make-up or signs of wear, will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. All return enquiries are to be made within 7 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted.
Please email email@example.com for a return authorisation code, to commence the exchange process.
In accordance with our site policy and Australia Consumer Law, we are not required to offer a refund on your return if it is due to sizing, fit or change of mind.
All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items - unless goods are deemed faulty.
Received an Incorrect or Faulty Item? Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and a photo of the product laying flat, front and back.
