We pride ourselves on high-quality, chic products. Please choose your Louvelle item carefully as we do not issue change-of-mind refunds or incorrect choices.
Should you wish, you are welcome to exchange your showerwear item for a different item, colour or style. Postage is at your expense. In order to issue an exchange the following requirements must be met:
- Contact must be made with firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed sellable condition
- Packaging must be in original condition, please mail in a shipping box, not satchel.
Please note, any showerwear item returned with make-up or signs of wear, will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. Return enquiries are to be made within 7 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted.
Please email email@example.com for a return authorisation code, to commence the exchange process.
In accordance with our site policy and Australia Consumer Law, we are not required to offer a refund on your return if it is due to sizing, fit or change of mind.
We are only able to offer a refund for faulty goods when we are notified within 7 days of receiving your item.
Received an Incorrect or Faulty Item? Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and a photo of the product laying flat, front and back.

All purchases on sale and on promotion items are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges or refunds on sale and promotion items.
Free gift with purchase promotions must be added to cart when prompted to be included in your order.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR SHOWERWEAR
Machine washable in delicates bag or hand wash. Do not tumble dry. Do not use fabric softener.
We accept Afterpay on orders over $100
Default currency is Australian Dollars.
