SHIPPING

Orders are automatically processed and despatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia within 1 business day of receiving your order, Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct as our system is automatic and orders cannot be changed once submitted. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.  Please contact auspost.com.au with your tracking number.

Express Australia Post parcel 

Cost: $11.95

 Next business day for metropolitan areas and 2 business days for rural areas.  

 Please order by 12pm 21st December and choose express post to receive your order by Christmas for metro or 12pm 20th Dec for rural.

PRE ORDERS

Please note we do not split shipments. We will not ship orders containing 'in stock' and 'pre order' items until pre-order items are in stock. 

RETURNS POLICY

We pride ourselves on high-quality, chic products.  Please choose your Louvelle item carefully as we do not issue change-of-mind refunds.  Should you wish, you are welcome to exchange your item for a different size, colour or style, at your expense. In order to issue an exchange the following requirements must be met:

  • Contact must be made with admin@louvellewear.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed sellable condition
  • Packaging must be in original condition.

Please note, any item returned with make-up or signs of wear, will not be accepted for an exchange or refund. All return enquiries are to be made within 7 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted. 

Please email admin@louvellewear.com for a return authorisation code, to commence the exchange process.

Important Info

In accordance with our site policy and Australia Consumer Law, we are not required to offer a refund on your return if it is due to sizing, fit or change of mind. 

All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items - unless goods are deemed faulty.

Received an Incorrect or Faulty Item? Please send an email to admin@louvellewear.com with your order details and a photo of the product laying flat, front and back.

All purchases on sale and on promotion items are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale and promotion items - unless goods are deemed faulty.
